POPPY DROP EARRINGS, CLAY

Polymer clay is increasingly used to make hand sculpted jewellery as it affords the artist almost limitless contour options while providing a medium that has deep lifelike colour. Although maintaining some necessary consistency, each piece is in fact one of a kind, something that is rare with today's focus on high volume manufacturing. It has been a pleasure to work with the artist, Jane Penner of Rockwood Ontario, on the design of this piece. These drop earrings feature a ¾" poppy made of polymer clay that offers a soft luxurious texture and come with sterling silver ear wires. Each pair comes packaged in a custom box suitable for presentation or gift giving.
